Thanks for this very informative video. You explained well. I just finished my first pantograph quilting. Wish I had known about basting first. I hand basted after each roll of yhe quilt. As I roll the quilt the roll closes to the back blocks the laser so I have to quess where to go. Do you have any suggestions as to handle this?
Como se llama el pegante que le aplica
I just bought a Capri 18, and this video is exactly what I needed to see! Thank you, David
What about faux leather
Thank you for all of the tips. I am a new quilter and have made a couple, but there's so much to learn. I appreciate all the tips.
Congratulations to Susan for making the cover with your beautiful quilt! As a quilter who has struggled with vision impairment since birth, I felt a connection to the personal quilt about your journey. Thanks for sharing your vision struggles with us, there's comfort in knowing others are going through something similar and I'm not alone.
How great. Have wondered how quilts are chosen. Magazine is so nice too Lonnie in Oregon
i loved the video ❤
God Bless You Leah! I pray that all is well with you and your family! 🙏🏾 Why is your laser stylus attached to the left side of the machine vs the right side? Is one side better than the other? If so, why?
❤❤❤❤
Just tried this technique and the results are beautiful. Getting rid of the bulk makes a nice flat corner. Thanks for the tip!
Where can we find detailed instructions and products used in marbling?
Your work is beautiful! What metallic yarn are you using? Brand, size Please.
This series of videos is exactly what I was looking for! Hope you can share more fun projects for the kids!! Thank you so much!!
I'm finding ur explanation style extremely clear and helpful.
Do you turn off your knife
Nice techniques demonstrated. Molas are not from the South American, it is close but it is i Central America by Kuna Indigenous people that live off the coast of Panama in the San Blas Islands. Glad you are sharing their art. It is a shame that Kunas don't have the advancement of technology to share their work.
Sara, you are so good at tutorials, thanks for that one!
Thank you,I learned a lot.
I love how you tie off your Threads.
I can’t wait to try this ! Thank you !
Love, love, love this. I am really intrigued by the graffiti quilting concept. Karlee is truly an inspiration!
Does the chain stitch add to the seam significantly (takes up more room)? Meaning one might need to do a scant quarter inch or know the blocks/quilt might be a smidge smaller? Or is the thickness inconsequential?
Great series. Just what I needed!
Actually with Pfaff's built in even feed you can use other feet with it.
Wow! Absolutely beautiful and so thankful I found this!!
I love your videos but this one was difficult cult to see what you were doing.
Thank you!
Just found you tonight. I’m hoping to buy a new serger as my one is now very old. Love your work.❤️
Sooo helpful!
Thanks for the tips! Very helpful.
I am a moderator for a quilt group! Would love to see Denver!!
Doesnt help at all the first demo you did... it's not complete and don't have the magazine.
This is absolutely beautiful thank you. I know it’s old but it works.
Nice tip to baste the layers for the “turn line” , folding top layer under, which exposed the under colored layer. I’m working on doing some “Mola” style cutouts together with my FMQ and might try turning top under along the baste stitch as you’ve shown. Like the Mola style although might not hand sew it!
couldn't you just use a spray bottle with rubbing alcohol in it?
Watching the episode with the Gentleman that made the quilt with his black and white cat with green eyes. As an artist, I understand when he says he wants to create an emotion from people who see it. 🤩
Your camera person sucks! Can't see nothing except back of foot! Pointless!
I love it thank you so much❤
Gotta learn this technique!
A great demonstration!
Isn't this like the " Kaye Woods" 6 hour Serger quilt? She has a booklet explaining this method. It has variations, material calculations, and different sizes. I think it came out in the 80's
Sara, that is by far the best explanation I’ve seen on YT. THANKS SO MUCH!😊😊😊
As I am a beginning quilter, thank you for this video.
Absolutely has given me options never known to me before. Great verbal and visual lesson. Thank you!
Where can you buy large cones of heavy weight thread? I made a bag using 12 weight thread, and I went through one complete spool.
This is very useful information …..HOWEVER, how does the project behave on a long arm machine for the quilting?
Thank you! Exactly what I need.
Excellent how to 😊
The first half was very interesting, but I thought that the guest on the second half of the show was condescending to the host.
